Sunday 15th March, 2020 
The first mountain bike orienteering event of the season will be an urban event based around the Canning and Southern Rivers, taking in sealed paths, parkland and some bush tracks. The event will be a 2 hr score course so you can pick and choose which scenic locations to visit and see some of the history of the area.
The 9 am mass start will commence from the Wilkinson Homestead Museum, Homestead Rd in Gosnells on the banks of the river. Come and explore the river by bike or head out into the surrounding suburbs for some street navigation. Note that most of the main roads can be avoided by going under (or over) them! This will be a good introduction to navigating by bike and very suitable for all levels. It will be full SI so bring (or borrow) your SI stick. We hope to see you there.
