Sunday 18th August 2019
Location: Ridley Rd, Mt Observation LGA
Get some bush experience, and perhaps some OY points, at a State Orienteering League (SOL) event using a map set in our Marginata mapping locality. Good open running in a restricted area with granite outcrops, plenty of watercourses and bare rock. A recent burn has provided open bush, the main obstacles being burnt twigs and much exposed rock!
The event includes a full complement of hard and sub-hard courses, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Be sure to run the appropriate course (or a harder one) for you age group if you'd like to qualify for points for the State O League (SOL) Orienteer of the Year competition!
Registration times: 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Start times: 9:30 am – 11:00 am
