Members Training and Coaching Opportunities
Michal Hubáček is an elite Czech orienteer who has had some amazing results at JWOC in the past. He is here in WA for ~6 months as a coach in residence. We hope having Michal spend time coaching us is something we can use to motivate us and improve our orienteering skills.
He will be spending some time in Albany with the ADHOC club, and in Bunbury with SWOT as well as in Perth. Make the most of this opportunity by attending trainings when you can, and learning from Michal's knowledge and experience. Michal will be at many events and will provide some orienteering training on weekends.
Michal is also running an interval training on Thursday nights at Garvey Park.
Thursday July 25, 2019 interval training will be held at Perry Lakes. Meet at the carpark next to the Cambridge Scout Hall off Perry Lakes Drive, Floreat.
Arrive 5:15pm for a 5:30pm start.
As it is getting dark fairly early at this time of the year it may be worth putting a headlight in with your gear.
