They will ask you for Team Category and number of legs you wish to run (no more than two). Individuals cannot run consecutive legs. Members can use their own Etag for two legs, download and clear and check before your second run.
How does shadowing work? Any shadower running a hard leg should do so as first runner in their team. Any shadower running a moderate leg in a Mixed team will be positioned as the first runner in their team (leg order for the team will be set at M (moderate) then H (hard) then E (Easy)). The person to be shadowed will then be positioned as the last runner in their Mixed team to run the Easy leg.
DEADLINE: Team details are required from the Club Convenors by the Relay Administrator on FRIDAY 3rd August 2018.
