Courses are set to Sprint Orienteering standards –easy navigation but fast decision-making required if you want to run at speed.  Or just amble around and enjoy views of the Swan River if you’re not in a hurry.
 Bring: Sportident card (can be hired), map bag if you sweat a lot or if rain is forecast.
Other: A briefing for beginners will be conducted at 1.30pm.
Directions:
Black Swan Island is accessed via Tidewater Way, off Grandstand Road. Parking in car park on the island - follow orienteering signs.
