Sunday 1 June. Start times 9.30am - 11.30am. Courses close 1.00pm.
Malmalling is in the heart of perfect orienteering countryside where there is an abundance of interesting features and it is an absolute joy to run. Located not far off the Great Eastern Highway between Sawyers Valley and The Lakes, it is easy to get to and is relatively close to the city.
There will be a full range of courses including courses with navigation considered to be “Very easy”, “Easy” and “Medium” difficulty; as well as four courses of varying lengths with a “Hard” degree of navigation. Expert orienteers will be on hand to help new or inexperienced orienteers.
Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a delightful drive to the countryside with the added bonus of a great orienteering event. All welcome.
