Exciting New Area for NavDash!

Saturday’s NavDash orienteering event at Black Swan Island is a brand new area, which includes extensive bush sections with subtle gully/spur features – just the thing to get experienced orienteers into the groove for the start of the bush season!  Come along and brush the cobwebs away from your rusty compass and contour skills in readiness for the Yetar Spring event the following day.

The event will be followed by the Annual General Meeting of OAWA, yet another reason for full members to turn out in numbers!

Meanwhile members of the public are welcome at this event, and there will be a short briefing for beginners at around 1.20pm.  For more information, go to the NavDash page.

Registration will be open from 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Saturday, with the first starters heading off at 1.30pm.  As long as you register by 2pm, start times are available until 3pm.  The AGM should commence at around 3.45pm.
