This year's second Mountain Bike Orienteering (MTBO) event is set around Thornlie and Huntingdale. The freshly updated map includes urban areas, parklands and paths along the Canning River. This event is suitable for all types of bikes (including e-bikes) and all levels of experience, as well as runners.
This is a scatter event, where you can collect as many (or as few) controls as you like at your own pace within the 2-hour limit. Many controls are accessible by road bikes, but if you want to ride along some of smaller, unpaved paths on the map, please bring a mountain or gravel bike.
Pre-entry is preferred and is available via Eventor. If you are not a member of OWA, you will need to register an account on Eventor before completing your entry. Then, once logged into Eventor, select the event and enter and pay online. See our guide for How to register on Eventor.
