Mountain Bike Orienteering (MTBO) WA Middle Distance Championships will be held at Langford Park; a former bauxite mine rehabilitated with a walk and MTB trail network. The courses make use of both purpose built trails and gravel roads, some quite overgrown. As this is a middle distance events courses are shorter than usual with an emphasis on route choice and navigation.

Championship entries close on Thursday 18th July.

Four courses are available as listed below. Distance is approximate distance to complete the course (not straight line distance).
SI Air will be enabled. There is a picnic area with toilets and shelter at the car park.

Courses:
Course 1: 15km M21A, EOD Hard
Course 2: 13km M20A, M40A, M50A, W21A, EOD Mod
Course 3: 10km M16A, M60A, W20A, W40A, EOD Short
Course 4: 7km M70A, M50A, W60A, W70A, M14A, W14A, W16A, EOD Easy

Registration: Pre-entry is required for Championship courses via Eventor. Entries close at 23:59pm WST on Thursday 18th July. EOD (Enter on the day) is available for non-championship participants.
Start times: From 9.30am to 11.30am.
Finish: By 1.00pm - return to the assembly area by this time even if you haven't finished your course.
Bring: Your bike; helmet; SI tag, water bottle; map board*; and compass*. (* Map boards and compasses can be borrowed at the event.)
