MJ Morgan Park, Glen Forrest

After two Metro score events, this is a return to traditional bush line events, with 3 different length hard navigation courses in outer metropolitan suburbs surrounding the Railway Heritage Trail, and adjacent forest to the south.

An Easy course, that mainly follows the Heritage Trail, is also provided and is especially suited for beginners. The start area at "the train Park" is family friendly, with shelters, BBQs and a playground.

The event will be using MapRun, which you should install on your phone before the event. Details on using MapRun are in the Information flyer.

If you are new to MTBO (and especially if you are attending the MTBO workshop the day before), this is a perfect way to put your skills into practise!

Courses: Long approx. 30km, Medium approx. 20 km, Short approx. 10km, Easy approx. 5.5km. E bikes and runners also welcome.
Registration: Pre-entry preferred via Eventor until Sat 25/5 at 17:00. EoD will be available from 9 to 10.30am.
Start Times: between 9.30 and 11am.
Courses close: 1pm.
Facilities: Toilets, barbecue, shelter, playground, water fountain. Coffee shop nearby.
Bring: Bike, helmet, water bottle. Map board (can also be borrowed at the event). Your fully charged mobile phone with MapRun installed.
