Are you ready for the MetrO season? Our popular urban summer series starts this Saturday In Koondoola Bushland!

For those new to MetrO, these dog- and pram-friendly events are a great way to keep up your training over summer, enjoy catching up with friends, and see different places in Perth. Many venues are in scenic locations perfect for a post-run picnic or BBQ dinner. For more serious runners, there is also a series-long competition where you can accumulate points over the whole season.

Entries are now open on EventorEntries close Saturday 11th November 4pm. 

If you are not a member of OWA but would like to enter online, you will need to register an account on Eventor before completing your entry. Then, once logged into Eventor, select the event and enter and pay online. See instructions for registering for an Eventor account.

EOD (Enter on the Day) will be available at the event until 4:40pm if you are unable to enter beforehand.

Courses: Long (22 controls, approx 8km), Medium (14 controls, approx 5km), Short (9 controls, approx 3km).
Start time: 5pm, Mass Start.
Courses close: 6:15pm. Please return to the assembly area by this time, even if you have not finished your course.
Parking & transport: Early parking is at Koondoola Community Centre. Overflow parking is along Koondoola Avenue, around Koondoola Park. Closest public transport bus stops are 450m away from the arena, along Transperth Bus Route 377 on Koondoola Avenue. Event Parking is 50m away from the event arena.
Bring: Your SI card and compass if you have one, or these can be borrowed at the event. Also bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle, and comfortable walking or running shoes.
