Kuljak (Black Swan Island), Ascot

The first NavDash event for 2022 will take place on Kuljak (also known as Black Swan Island) in Ascot. A NavDash is designed as a sprint event with short courses. In the centre of the island is a large grassed area, while on the edge of the island you'll find wetlands and swamps full of birdlife.

Pre-entry to this event via Eventor is strongly preferred. If you are not a member of OWA you will need to register an account on Eventor before completing your entry. Then, once logged into Eventor, select the event and enter and pay online.
See instructions on registering for an Eventor account here.
EOD (Enter on the Day) will be available at the event if you are unable to enter beforehand.

Courses: Long Hard (~ 4km), Medium Hard (~2.7km), Easy (~2.2km).
Start times: From 9:00 to 10:30am.
Courses close: 11:30am. Please return to the assembly area by this time, even if you have not finished your course.
Bring: Your SI card if you have one, or borrow one at the event. Also bring sunscreen, hat, compass and a water bottle.

More information about the event is in Eventor, including in the Information flyer.
Read about NavDash events on the OWA website.

Please note: Please comply with any COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the event and practice social distancing and good hand hygiene.
